With a view to ensuring high traceability, Plamtex has two separate production facilities:

1. FOR PLASTIC PRODUCTION
2. FOR TOOLMAKING

What are the advantages of our manufacture?

Our production facilities are equipped with 10 machines by world-renowned manufacturers. Modern equipment enables us to solve even the most difficult customer problems.

With the intention of achieving a high level of flexibility and responsiveness to client needs, we work 24 hours a day in 3 shifts. In extreme cases, we may even organize an extra shift.

Our equipment enables the reprocessing of all technical plastic materials, using robots for the insertion and removal of work pieces.

A central transport system, machine filters, and a measuring machine with classical measuring instruments prevent the penetration of foreign particles during the injection moulding process.

Our software allows the recording of the traceability of all component parts.

Modern machinery

Quality manufacture of advanced tools requires modern machinery. Our technological equipment can perform the following operations:

• CNC milling within the tolerance zone of +-0.005, positioning accuracy 0.01/62 HRc max;
  
• CNC sink erosion within the tolerance zone of +-0.01, positioning accuracy +-0.01/Ra 0.4;
  
• CNC wire erosion within the tolerance zone of +-0.003, positioning accuracy 0.001/Ra 0.8;
  
• Surface grinding within the tolerance zone of +-0.001/Ra 0.4;
  
• CNC profile grinding within the tolerance zone of +-0.001/Ra 0.4;
  
• Coordinate grinding within the tolerance zone of +-0.002, positioning accuracy 0.002;
  
• Turning within the tolerance zone of +-0.01.
